Executive Planner 

3+ years 

Thorough knowledge of Irish planning legislation and Development Management process;

provide support to senior staff as part of team on a wide variety of projects, tasks including planning policy research,

site visits and photography, assembly of mapping, planning history analysis, development management analysis, development plan review;
         

Must Have

-recognised IPI planning qualification;
-ability to take instruction and work to tight deadlines
-good IT and report writing skills;
-strong communication skills;
-2-4 yrs planning experience;
-greater role in day to day project management;
-ability to attend meetings with council and clients;
-central role in preparing draft documentation;
-preparing draft fee quotes and invoices;
-Assists with ad-hoc duties when needed.
