Daksta is currently working in partnership with an Engineering Company who are currently looking for a Document Controller to work in Dublin 
Document Management System support to the JV team
Organize and maintain the site drawing register as new information becomes available
Establish a functional internal and external communication process *contact lists, distribution lists, communications groups) and ensure that they are
Keep registers and logs up to date, and provide status reports for management level meetings
Liaise with outside organizations involved in the DMS
Over 3 years' experience in a similar role within an engineering/construction company
An above average understanding of MS office package
High level of attention to detail and excellent computer skills
Superior organisational skills
Prompt resolution and issuance skills
