Role and Responsibilities
- Plans / Defines the design deliverables (referring to the contract), design sequencing & stages
- Defines production schedule & personnel requirements (with Planner, input from Design
- Oversees design efficiency and hours utilization & updates of resources requirements in
- Leads Project Design Meetings (internal & external)
- Chair project design reviews
- Manages/Issues the design SOP’s to be used on the project
- Issues any client design guides and ensures engineers, design coordinators/designers follow it
- Identifies design changes to project manager, Participate in design change evaluation process
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or relevant subject
- At least 15 years of relevant professional experience for pharma -related design projects
- Required to be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, including both written and verbal communications
- Willingness for occasional travel
- This role is open to a permanent staff member or a contractor.

- This role is open to most of Ireland with some office presence in Cork or Dublin required.
