    It was essential to identify candidates who had experienced working for a large, complex organisation, with significant experience within high-rise residential and commercial buildings (UK and International).

    It was essential to identify candidates with strong M&E management, as well as sector/location specific high-value business development experience.

    The appointed candidate came from an American International technical professional services firm. The process involved 5 formal interviews with a panel of senior management and 2 further psycometric test stages.
