Daksta is always looking for high-quality candidates and would like to encourage you to refer one of your friends or colleagues.

We try to make the process of referring as simple as possible for you and in return for your referral, we will automatically send you a voucher once your colleague has successfully been placed in their new role and passed their 3-month probation period.

We log all referrals, it is simple, the more you refer the more you will receive. If you are a current contractor of ours we can add this to your payment.

Voucher type will be discussed once placement is made, and decided upon depending on your location (see above)

Referrals on permanent placements will be paid once the candidate has been in employment for one month. Referrals on contract placements will be paid once the candidate has been in their contract for three months.
