A proposed new nuclear energy plant is being considered. There are some who say that it could have power of over 2400 MW. On top of this, there’s a lot of tech that is also being considered. GEN Energy CEO, who is Dejan Paravan has come out to say that a lot can be done about the capacity being bigger and the company have changed the design quite a lot too. The project does have a lot of potential and it seems that there is going to be even bigger blocks of power to come. This is going to expand the range of suppliers as well as improving the negotiating power of those involved. It’s going to give a great co-investment opportunity and at the same time, it is going to bolster energy security. The company have come out to say that they are going to treat all possibilities properly and equally. They have also added that they all have their weaknesses and their strengths. The decision is not going to be easy to say the least, but there are hopes that this is going to bring about a force for positive change. At the end of the day, a new working group for the government minister officials has been established and they all met up last month too. They have the aims of trying to speed up the implementation of the project and they are also trying to prepare the right bases for citizens. They are hoping that this is going to help them to make informed decisions but only time will tell if that is going to be the case.
