Gist are Trialling a New Electric Fridge for Chilled and Fresh Deliveries

Temperature controlled specialist Gist have announced that they are now commencing a trial for the UK's very first electric trailer system. This is going to be refrigerated and it's also going to be all-electric as well. The Vector eCool system has been fully developed by Carrier Transicold, but they have been in partnership with Gray and Adams as well. The electric trailer stands at nearly 14 metres long and it's going to be used to try and store any deliveries for fresh and even chilled goods too. They are going to be sent to UK supermarkets to try and ensure that everyone is given a quality service all-round. If you happen to work in driver recruitment Ireland or if you know that you want to seek work from a driving agency Ireland, then it's certainly worth keeping things like this in mind if possible. If you are looking for driving jobs Ireland, you should know that this may well create even more opportunities for the future, which is fantastic to say the least.

This technology uses an under-mounted battery. This is going to fix the power fridge system and when the vehicle is in motion, it's going to convert any kinetic energy to the trailer's axle. This is going to help to try and replenish the battery and it's also going to try and turn the power on for the unit. This is all going to work together to ensure a nice and consistent ride, not to mention that the loop is able to create an autonomous system that is able to produce little to no carbon dioxide. The fridge is actually lighter when you compare it to the red diesel tank, and this makes it very much suitable for any overnight deliveries that may need to take place.
