SEA-Kit have been able to win funding from the Zero Emission Vessels. They have also tried to win a lot of funding with the USV as well. As part of the project, it seems that SEA KIT are going to partner up with Marine2O. This is a London company and they have a major focus on collaborating and decarbonising the maritime sector. They also want to focus on the build of land-based infrastructure as well. A lot of this will help them to keep on producing green hydrogen. The ZEPHR campaign is going to extend vessels as well as the general operation for port holders and stakeholders. Of course, a lot of this is going to be done through complete energy transferral. Readily accessible green energy is going to be used to make sure that everything is done as it should be. Maritime Zero are a UK design company and they are also a sustainability specialist. It is their aim to try and support the company with compliance while also making sure that the dispensing facilities are as they should be. They are going to be hosting the refilling station, which will be on the River Thames.
John Dillon-Leetch has released a statement, saying that this is a very exciting movement and they are excited to move with the times. They want to try and be more sustainable and they also want to be way more efficient if possible. They want to move forward using hydrographic data and they also have the aim of making products that are going to give marines the help that they need on the Thames. The project is going to support things like environmental monitoring as well as industry research.
Of course, make sure that you keep up with this story if you want to find out more about it all.
