- Description
A chance to join a 12 month project for the biggest Engineering business in the world! Working on a project on site with a team of team Automation, Instrumentation and Electrical Engineers for a Global leader in the Pharmaceutical space.
The facility is introducing new equipment & revamping existing equipment.
Responsibilities include:
- To lead and work as part of a team and supervising other engineers as required
- Attend meetings and interface regularly with clients, project managers and discipline leads to develop the scope of the project.
- Ensure I&C scope is delivered as per the schedule and executed within the available budget
- Develop Detailed Design deliverables and construction packages for I&C contractors
Experience:
- Must have 3 years experience in Instrumentation & Controls
- Must have strong of wiring, paneling, infrastructure support.
- GMP knowledge.

Qualifications:
- B.Eng in Computer Science /Mechatronics or appropriate science/engineering discipline.
- Post Qualification recent relevant experience in an engineering/projects role in the Pharma/Biotech/Chemical industry.

- The ability to organise, plan and execute multiple tasks to tight schedules.
- Demonstrated Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities is required.
- Ability to document own work clearly and precisely.
- Monitor activity progress for the integration of packaged equipment, deliverables and timelines and report potential delays including mitigation recommendations.
- Provide reports on a regular basis for effective communication.
- Being part of automation team planning and deployment including collaboration with supporting departments such as Production/Operations, Quality, etc.
- Package Equipment Vendor management.
- Scope change management.
- Co-ordinating changes using the Client approved change control procedure to ensure that cGMP is adhered to.
- Good communication and technical writing skills are a must.
