Director - Process Engineer

Description: Daksta are working in partnership with a leading engineering consultancy who operate within the mission critical market. Due to cotninued growth they are expanding their offering in Ireland and require leadership individuals.

Responsibilities:

- Takes strategic level repsonsiblity for critical business function

- Carries out cost and profit diagnosis on projects including feasibility studies and preparation of fee bids

- Team management role in developing and design engineering services

- Strategic level leadership

- Represents Company at technical meetings with customers, professional teams and contractors teams

- Ensures risk and performance monitoring analysis takes place through effective systems of internal control and delegation

- Takes on business development repsonsiblities to increase market share

- Champion the leadership behaviours needed to build a high-performance team with a diverse, engaged employee demographic adaptable to change

Eexperience & Skills

- BSc/BEng in appropriate engineering discipline - chemical engineering

- 15+ years of relevant engineering and leadership experience

- Proven history of office and major project delivery in appropriate sector

- Understanding of business strategy principles and skills
